Anonymous asked: i've been eating really well for the past week, like 1200 calories and healthy. how do you think one bad day of overeating will affeect me? how can i prevent a gain? should i work out right now? should i still have dinner? i was plannning to have salad anyways but yeah im just curious. when you overeat one day does it affect you greatly?
It depends on how much you overate, but generally speaking, it’s not going to throw you off much. In fact, I’ve noticed that eating a little more every now and then actually sends the number on the scale down - not sure why, but it happens. (I’m talking maybe 300-400 over, not anything extreme.)
I don’t recommend skipping meals - I find it counterproductive. Eat something light, but make sure it’s still satisfying, or you’ll find yourself in danger of grabbing for snacks later.

Its always good for ideas, but sometimes it makes me down, esp when I see everyones fitness posts, it makes me feel like I need to more, so I understand the stress it brings too. Maybe just check in when you need some new motivation! :)

I totally get it. I feel like I have to be accountable here. I went all day without getting on Tumblr yesterday and when I got home I had to sit and devote like 2 hours to it! Whatever you decide will be best for you girl and well always be here!

Getting too focused on weight/food/calories. I’m still going to keep working towards my weight loss goals, but I don’t want it to take over my life. This is just me trying to balance things out a little : / I’ll miss you guys though!

Posting this from my phone because I don’t have Internet in my apartment yet… The past couple of days have been full of delicious guilty pleasures in the form of milkshakes, burgers, beer, etc. I’ve definitely gained, but I’m not worried, because today marks my return to my normal routines. Already hit up Trader Joe’s to stock my fridge with healthy food, and will be doing Week 3 Day 2 of C25K before a nice, long walk/jog. Back to regularly scheduled posting in a couple of days, probably. Hope you all are doing well <3
Driving back up to officially move into my new apartment today! Which means 5+ hours in a car with half my worldly possessions (the other half is already there haha). Messed up eating schedule, little to no exercise, blah. But I plan on kicking ass once I actually get settled in. Have a wonderful Friday, everyone : )

Haha you completely understand how I feel about this recipe! I’m thinking it might need more peanut butter though…
